In 2010 AGL engaged The Ambassador Card to assist with developing and deploying an everyday lifestyle benefits program to reward and recognise our valued customers. During this time, we have been extremely impressed with the professional service provided & the willingness to work with us to provide a program which offers a comprehensive range of benefits and to tailor the program to meet our organisational objectives.
The AGL Rewards program has been very well received by our customers with many members making significant savings through the program. While primarily used as a retention tool, we have recently leveraged this program in our recent entry in the WA residential gas market and it is proving to be a useful for acquiring new customers.
